This is by far the top question we get asked, and of course every home is different but we have found a way to answer each client. We find the quote for new Blinds and/or Shades to cover every window comes to about 1-3% the value of the home in question. But if we add anything specialty like Motorization, Drapery, Specialty Shaped Windows, then of course it can be much more than that.

Most of our brands take 3-4 weeks from date of purchase to install. Altex however takes about 6 weeks. And if you live outside of Saskatoon, account 1-2 weeks to schedule an install date after the blinds arrive at our shop.

The short answer, it’s easier for you. For starters, we will come to you, help to narrow down what samples to show, and give advice on the best product for your space based on your needs. We deal with placing the order, customer service calls and any warranty claims. Lastly, we have professional installers who know the products and have the knowledge necessary to make it painless.

Each Brand offers different warranty lengths & conditions. Most Brands offer 3 year warranty on corded and 5 years on cordless. However, Alta offers 7 years on their cordless, and Graber offers 10 years. All products from Graber come with a full replacement warranty, meaning if something stops working, they will send a whole new blind rather than asking for you to send it back for repair like the rest will. One thing all Brands have in common is their warranty on Motorization, which is 5 years. And Shutters have 25 years.

Yes we do! It’s small and we share with another company, but we do have our samples on display in the south-west industrial area of Saskatoon.

We go all over the province! We have gone to lakes, acreages, small towns, etc. We have done work up at Candle Lake, Big River, Hague, Rosthern, and Waldheim. We have gone south to Rosetown, Eston, Lake Diefenbaker, Elbow, Loreburn, Davidson, and even Buffalo Pound. And of course, we go out to Martensville & Warman regularly.

Nothing! We will meet you at your home any time, no obligation. But should you choose to go ahead, we will charge a travel fee for the installer if you are needing that service.

We can provide a quote as long as we are supplied measurements and a rough idea of the direction you would like to go. Weather you tell us a style, a colour scheme, or just supply inspiration photos, we can help!

The simple answer, there is no such thing. We’re not sure how this myth started but there are no Blinds or Shades able to see out from the inside yet not let anyone outside see in. During the day, Solar Shades & Sheer Shades will let you see out and make it difficult for anyone to see in but once the sun sets, the opposite is now in affect.

We are very proud of the quality of our Bench Cushions! We compare the quality of our cushions to couches. We have found that Bench Cushions cost roughly $8-$12 per square inch.
